keyserver down?

I've been trying to get a public key from keyserver.ubuntu.com for several days now, but it seems the keyserver is down. Is it just me, or is the keyserver really down?

I am able to download the key info from a terminal but if I enter keyserver.ubuntu.com in my browser it eventually times out. So I don't think its you.
