Here is an interesting situation, where the record companies are doing what they can to stop a Judge allowing the court case from being filmed & streamed over the internet, as the defendants council has requested.
It would seem that the last thing the record companies want, is for people to see how they handle themselves in court. They are scared of bad press, which is pretty funny when the main reason they prosecute file sharers is to scare file sharer's so they will stop!
