Ok, My open source project needs a dedicated server as its linked to the internet and uses Python/Apache but I can have php on the server too.

The project is: https://launchpad.net/hypernucleus-project

I can get one with 1GB of ram and 250Gb hard drive for £20 (Great Britain pounds, you can look up exchange rate) a month and I was wondering if some of you would like to share it with me and split the cost. I am a uni student so I am trying to keep costs down.
Its a high quality server in France.

I don't mind what you use the hosting for but save some server resources for me
I am a very relaxed admin and I am not strict, you can have the server configured to your needs, I'm ideally looking for say 10 people which would be about £2 each which isnt much in any currency.

I plan to run Ubuntu Server 8.04 on it.

Reply if you are interested or have questions, more interest means less cost for each of you.

Money goes to a good cause!

I run an Ubuntu server from my house. It's just a PC that I bought off ebay for <£100. Could you do something similar?
