I just removed the Linux Ext3 partition and the swap partition from my D drive using Paragon Hard Disk manager.

However I get a file structure error if I try to reclaim the free space by resizing the adjacent NTFS partition, and still get the Linux boot manager menu. I cannot figure out how to get rid of it that boot menu?

Edit: Used Fix MBR in Paragon Hard Disk manager and it seemed to work.
