Server Install gets stuck at "Configuring console-setup..."

I'm having a ruff night....

I'm trying to install Ubuntu 8.10 Server 64bit and the installation gets stuck at "Configuring console-setup..."

What do I do now?

Below is my configuration:
2x500GB Hardware Raid 1 HDs:
160MB /boot
400GB /
8GB swap
1x640GB with no raid:
640 GB mounts to /tank

Machine:
Intel E6240
4 GB of ra
some kind of NVidia video card
NVidia raid chipset

Buying the machine took about 4 hours, installing the OS...... ](*,)
