hard drive installation problem

i have a couple problems i need help with.
i am having Busy box come up every boot.i have to enter EXIT after(initramfs)4 or 5 times to allow me to boot into kbuntu.
i am using the gnome desktop as it seems alot easier to use.

i used gparted to locate my hard drive and i see an alert with bootflags!!!
i am going to assume this is my problem...

i have no idea how to get rid of these can someone give me some advise on this problem.

if you tell me how to save what it shows so i can upload here.
