Need monitor help!

I have a Samsung (model unknown) that is a Monitor/TV combo. All of asudden (this was on my vista) the screen goes white with 3 black horizontal lines going through it.

I have turned it off/on and restarted my computer, but its still there.

I'm wondering if I should just exchange it or if there's something wrong with my other hardware

Sounds like the monitor has had it. How old is it? If still within warranty, return it and get a new one.

You say it's a monitor/TV combo. Can you still watch TV through it?

If yes, it works.

If no, it doesn't.

Can't watch anything on it, just got it a month ago

Put it back in the box, dig out your bill and bring it back.
