Since 8.10, tsclient does not preserve the Key Bindings I have set in System > Preferences > Keyboard Shortcuts. Specifically, a key binding to switch workspaces.

For example when I am in tsclient connected to a Windows machine, all my keybindings (to switch workspaces, for example) no longer work.

I have searched and tried -K and selecting "Enable Window Manager's Key Bindings" in the tsclient dialog box. Did not help.

This feature formerly did work in 8.04

Any one have any clues?

Thank you in advance.

I am having a similar problem. When using tsclient to rdp in full screen mode, one cannot get back to the ubuntu desktop nor minimize the rdp session. the rdesktop ctrl-alt-enter and desktop switcher ctrl-alt-arrow do not work. One must logout the rdp.

Yes, right. Workspaces can be switched by MOUSE. But once rdesktop is in focus, workspaces cannot be switched by key bindings.

This was not a problem in 8.04

Well, at least I'm not the only person having trouble.
