Hi
i have installed Microsoft office in office yesterday new one. I can see the ribbon concept in the office.
I am also using open office for more than 3 years. Just to write and type the documents. nothing doing like gimmicks.
Do you have any idea whether open office also does the same thing like that or having any other idea?

If you mean, "do the OO devs intend to copy the MSOffice ribbon?", I've seen no indication that they intend to do so.

I doubt they will adopt the ribbon concept right now. So much vanity...

Probable later, when lots of applications will start to use it.

Personally, I found it also pretty nice concept.
