Tuna, Provolone Cheese, Spinach, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, a little Mayo

So delicious, I normally get that at Subway (especially during the season the one I go to actually has spinach).

I used to be able to get an awesome sub at Subway:

- Italian herb & cheese white bread.
- Italian BMT (mettwurst, salami and ham)
- Lettuce, tomato, carrot, cucumber.
- Pickles, olives and beetroot.
- Caesar dressing and Red wine vinegarette.
- Black pepper and extra oregano.

Seriously the most intense sub ever. Sadly, you can't get the red wine vinegarette anymore.

Over the last couple of days, I've been making my own salad sandwiches, which I do from time to time. Takes me 40 minutes just to make 2 sandwiches and I need a shower and a change of clothes after consuming them.

What is cheese steak? Is it like some combination of meat and cheese?

I've never heard of it so I was just curious.

I still like a jam sandwich, more commonly known as a "jam piece" back home on the Bonnie Banks.

As far as the healthier option goes it would have to be a Ploughmans (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ploughman%27s_lunch).

it's steak sliced really thin like lunch meat, grilled with onions, and mushrooms, covered with provolone cheese, and put on a toasted sub bun. Yummy! I'm on a diet though, so I can only dream of ingesting such creations of culinary mastery.

Well buttered stottie, bacon or sausage, fried egg and mushrooms with HP sauce or Daddies ketchup.
Chicken and bacon with mayonnaise.
Homemade cheeseburger with Reggae Reggae Sauce.
Cheese and Marmite toastie.

Or, if I'm trying to be a little healthier:

Ploughmans.
Ham and pease pudding.
Smoked salmon.

Also, you gotta love the leftovers sarnies you have at Christmas and such like.

At the Great Outdoors:

http://www.greatoutdoorsubs.com/menu.html

Roast Beef on wheat w/ Meunster cheese, avacados, mayo, black olives, salt and pepper

A few peppercinis and a cold Coke on shaved ice.

Go back to work and lurk on the UF for the rest of the afternoon.

I would hate to know what a grade B eggs taste like. Off topic does anyone know how they make the eggs at the store white, Because every egg I've ever seen that came out of a chicken was a brownish color.

Some chicken's breeds have white eggs and some have brown eggs. Depends on the type of Chicken. Not sure what grade b would be used for maybe they dehydrate those and those are used in baking?

I'm on a diet too, all I'm doing is just eating what I normally do but less of it. I have also started doing a more exercise than I was. I am down to 9 1/2 stone so I'm slowly getting there.

Oh grade B just don't look perfect, they may have a lump or something, but most of those are either shipped off to factories for ingredients or used in restaurants for food and other things. There not deadly.
