+1 for Silence of the Lambs. Epic movie.

Anything by Hitchcock, especially Vertigo and Psycho.

"The hand that rocks the cradle" is also a good movie IMO.

SotL here, too.

I really don't go in for that sort of thing, and I've really only seen SotL in kind of bits-and-pieces.

OTOH, I really liked Tremors (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0100814/) but I don't think that quite qualifies as a "psychological thriller".

I forgot, Mulholland Drive a difficult movie to understand. Once understood nothing beats this thriller. Cant miss even a single scene.

I think I'd have to vote for se7en, although Silence of the Lambs was excellent as well. They killed it with all the sequals, but the original Saw was an awesome movie as well.
