Hello

I love Ubuntu and really wanted to build myself a minamum install based off Openbox. I used the minimum install cd as well. But I have one issue. When I startx I get a mouse and what appears to be a colored desktop. However, my mouse and keyboard stop working. I can use my keyboard before then, but not after I startx. I have installed these packages:

openbox
obconf
xorg

These should be enough for a very basic desktop. But is there some even more basic package missing that allows me to use my keyboard and mouse after starting X? Is this an Xorg issue? What would a very basic xorg.conf file look like in the mouse section or all together?

Thanks.

PS. I know I do not have anything that draws a wallpaper, or icons, or manages files, or a package manager. I like my systems light...:p

Added Later: I looked at my xorg.conf file. There is nothing there besides the very basic sections and blank in between them all. Is there a command that will give me a very basic xorg file to use? I tried dpkg -reconfigure -phigh xserver-xorg. Didn't work.
