The MAC address of your wired and wireless card is hard coded. Some of the older nvidia onboard LAN cards you could change it.

Just curious: why would someone want to change a device's mac address? If it's to get round some restrictions imposed by a network administrator, there's possibly other problems of a non-technical nature that should be addressed first.

Anyway: If a software mac address change does not work, use another ethernet card / device.
