Upgrade Problem

Hi,
I am currently using Ubunutu 8.04 and want to upgrade to 8.10
I download latest iso image file for 8.10 and then mounted it as a drive usng ubuntu but now when I m trying to start upgrade using this command
gksu "sh /cdrom/cdromupgrade"
it is showing me "Can't open /cdrom/cdromupgrade" error.

So, plz help me in upgrading.

I think you need the alternate install CD, not the live CD to do this. What did you download?

I guess downloaded Live CD
Can u tell me where can I get Alternate CD??
