Just got a Wii for my 40th last week and I enjoy playing with it.

However there is a problem. We only have one telly and my other half loves to watch the Soaps, all Soaps and all the time. This then only leaves me a window of opportunity of maybe a couple of hours at the weekend.

So peeps, has anybody been able to get a Wii, with a composite signal to play on a TFT monitor?

My monitor takes VGA and DVI connections. My graphics card has two DVI connections as well.

Please help a poor lemming out.

Cheers

There are normal Wii->VGA cables out there.

This one has rave reviews but is pricey, http://www.vdigi.com/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=shop.flypage&product_id=2&category_id=3&manufacturer_id=0&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=1&vmcchk=1&Itemid=1
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Playstation-Nintendo-Monitor-Cable-Lead/dp/B0015MISAG Looks the same as the above but much cheaper.

Google a bit I would suggest.

Google is indeed a fine option however I have yet to be able to find anybody that has actually got a Wii to work on a monitor.

I'm hoping that their experiences will help me to buy the right cables as opposed to buying loads of different models in the hope of getting lucky.

The vdigi cable I listed works. There are reviews on it out there with screenshots.
