Panels

If I put panels like here: http://img232.imageshack.us/img232/1888/fghqt2.jpg
Everything works ok, but if I reboot or logout from ubuntu, then the Applications panel comes back to the top, like default ubuntu. What I need to do so panels would stay always like this?

Right click a blank space on your panel and choose lock panel position. :p

When I lock it stays at the bottom, but when I reboot it goes below first panel(where Window List is). I need that Applications panel would be above first panel like in picture

Try locking them both in the position you want, then go to System, Preferences, Sessions, Options, and check remember running applications, then reboot.

Nope, that didn't help either. I probably try putting panels somewhere else. Anyway thanks for trying to help.
