Okay, I tried looking all over the threads to see if anyone has had this problem and found nada. Update Manager finds the updates and when I try to install them, it gives me this error message:
E: /var/cache/apt/archives/acpi-support_0.114-0intrepid2_i386.deb: files list file for package `libselinux1' is missing final newline
Then, a dialogue tells me, "Update is complete--Not all changes and updates succeeded. For further details of the failure, please expand the 'terminal' panel below." PLEASE, will someone help me? I've updated my repositories but that didn't help at all. Much appreciated for any help I might get.
