HDTV tuner firmware

Is it possible to load firmware for the DVICO nano+ usb HDtv tuner from the windows partition?

the nano firmware is built into Intrepid

but

the nano+ uses new firmware called bluebird2

I have it on my windows partition and have copied the folder to my ubuntu desktop but not sure which file to put into /lib/firmware.


there is:

bluebird2.cat

bluebird2.inf

bluebird2.sys

BluebirdProp.ax

cxtvrate.dll

Dpinst.exe

DPInst.xml

and some other rom and dll files


i can see the usb dongle when i do lsusb

but nothing show up when i do dmesg
