What's the best way to generate an .nfo file for CDs that I make? I think that EasyTAG will do it with all of the songs in one folder, but what about mix albums that I make? I'm kind of surprised that k3b doesn't do it; it will generate an .m3u, but only as part of a file conversion function, which is bizarre. Thanks in advance.

My guess is that our best bet is probably just to ask someone to write a script for us, reading all of the ID3 tags on all of the files in a given folder, totaling the playing time, etc. and compiling the info into an nfo; or, alternately, determining what album it is and calling all of the pertinent data from MusicBrainz or some such.

Any preference?
