I mean in the building of and iso download[you customize it] for making live cd ?

There are some directions for customizing a live CD here (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/LiveCDCustomization) and here (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/InstallCDCustomization). Two more examples are this one (http://www.debuntu.org/how-to-customize-your-ubuntu-live-cd) and yet another, with a more GUI flavor (http://www.howtoforge.com/ubuntu-linux-mint-livecd-with-remastersys). I haven't personally tried this, so I can't vouch for them. But they sound more like what you are looking for.
