Deleted Software Sources

Yea I know it was pretty stupid, but it was a last ditch effort to get it working. I had hoped to reinstall it with add and remove but it happens to have been deleted with software sources. i would really apreciate it if anyone could help me!!!

Which release are you running? There might be a backup version of /etc/apt/sources.list so open a terminal and post the output of this command here.

Applications -> Accessories -> Terminal

ls -la /etc/apt

Im running Ubuntu Netbook Remix version 8.04 Hardy heron. I was having major problems with add and remove.
