Weather dosen't show in timzone thingy..

HI, I can't see any weather in my timezone thing.

I have also trouble installing opengl. I can't get opengl to be stable.

any ideas on how to fix this?

this is what I bet when running blender in console:

Can't help with opengl, but for the weather, right click the date/time, preferences, check show weather, then fill out other 2 tabs
