Installing and running Second Life on Unbuntu 8.04

I am learning Linux and I want to install the game Second Life to my Ubuntu 8.04 system and then play it. Is there someone that can help me with this?

I tried that sir and it says additional plugins required so I click on the install plugin and it says the Install "Failed" can you tell me what I am doing wrong?
