Applications don't minimise to panel

Hi,

I installed AWN a while back and I assume I removed the division on the panel that applications minimise to. I removed AWN this morning but now I can't see my minimised apps. I've Googled for a solution without success. The applications are still running(I can alt-tab to them). Where would I go to change this? I'm running Intrepid, with Compiz as window manager.

Any suggestions?

Right click your panel, add to panel and add "window list" and "notification area" :p
