Looking for a smooth theme

Hey, I want a smooth GTK+ theme w/ a matching metacity one that is similar in design to the one found here: http://ubuntuforums.org/attachment.php?attachmentid=68062&d=1209528892 (specifically I REALLY like the look of the darker one). Are there any similar ones out there that I could use (or maybe modify with little effort to look similar/the same)?

I really like the Ubuntu Dust theme. Is there any way to make the colours in (for example) Nautilus and Totem match the rest?
