I'm having multiple issues with hardware and I am confused by the multiple websites with complicated resolutions.

I'm looking to document how to get the hardware working in a step by step fashion.

Problems I'm having:

Touchscreen
Solving here, hopefully:

Brightness adjustment via keyboard
Rotate screen recognition

Can anyone help me with any of these?
