I found this article to be quite interesting and good news if the administration is seriously looking into it.

open sourcing of the congress. is the next step after OSS in the government... but Im talking about my country in that aspect.

I read this earlier.

It's quite a bold statement for the guy to be associated with, but kudos to him for putting it out there.

I think a lot of companies will start looking towards OSS with the current economy, though I imagine many will still run Windows, but maybe migrate to OpenOffice instead of MS Office.

Then again...can you buy Outlook on its own? If so I imagine that + OOo would be the choice for many
