I was searching for a Technical magazine .. one which actually imparts knowledge instead of ads.

Incase you know one please let know.
I am in India but am ready for overseas subcription. So i won't mind even if it is on the other part of the world.

There are tonnes of them in India. Which domain are you interested? If Linux then you have LFY (http://www.lfymag.com/index.asp?id=13).

I found the best technical magazine is www.google.com, with the adblock addon for firefox you can peruse most magazines without having to put up with any advertisements.

Yeah, Linux Format is pretty good. It has some adverts, but not too many. I hate that, I read some Volkswagen magazines and they are over 60% adverts.

I would prefer Linux platform and other tricks too but mainly linux.

Other magazines will also do but they should impart knowledge instead of Ads or publising a product for that i think i can refer the net.

Linux Format is probably the best magazine out there and probably the most expensive as well.
