I am looking for someone who have installed OPENCV-1.1.0 on UBUNTU-8.04 without problems. I have tryied to install opencv on FC6 but to no avail for 4 days in a row, day and night, so here I am, I am running UBUNTU 8.04 with hopes to be able to successfully install that important computer vision toolkit and to start programming. I have a few ideas that I want to try out. If you were able to install opencv-1.1.0, I whould like to hear from you.
