Hi..

I would like to know that if I have a system A connected to another system B (connected to internet) through ppp connection via null modem cable. Can I use shorewall to configure system A to surf the net through using system B as the gateway? If I could, how would I be able to do that?

Thanks!

Hi I read the thread, step 1 requires me to input an internal ip address. However, the PC (system A) is connected to the internet directly and not through a router. So I couldn't have input the internal ip address. My setup is like:

- System A connected directly to internet (no router/switch in between)
- System B is connected to System A through ppp connection using null modem cable.

So in this case, how would i be able to let System B surf the internet?

Thanks!
