Really weird Keyboard problem NEED HELP

Has anyone ever had the problem when they press the down arrow key, this weird number comes out instead of the function designated to the down arrow command.

Also opens the ctrl-f command in Firefox.

Then when I press the numpad down arrow this happens... 0f <---??? WTF

I have no idea what is going wrong. I might try another keyboard.

Its a standard PS/2 keyboard. I might try a USB one I got laying around. I have also restarted the computer as well as unplugged and plugged in the keyboard. Please help me, this is frustrating :guitar:

This is killing me. Any game or anything I do with the down arrow does not work. ANy way that the keys got remapped or something. How to I put them back to default
