a little flicker exist When play video with mplayer under running compiz-fusion

While i play movie or video with Mplayer under running compiz-fusion. sometimes a little flicker was exist with it. is there any idea to fix this problem?

setting video output to X11 at your video player's preferences will do the trick

but the x11 mode does not supports full screen
