Install Shield Engine (ikernel.exe) error

I am trying to install Dreamweaver MX 2004 on Ubuntu 8.10.
While doing so I get the error message : The installshield Engine (iKernel.exe) could not be launched.

Pl. suggest

Ubuntu 8.10
Wine 1.1.12

Can you please run it in a terminal and post the terminal's output. That's a really vague error message.

What will be the command to run on terminal.
