I am looking to integrate a few Ubuntu machines in my environment. I have both Novell (6.0) and Windows 2003. I need a Novell client to load on an Ubuntu machine to prove that this can work. Anyone know of one? I have tried the Novell site and their Linux client abends when I try to load it.

Thanks,

RB

Check on the novell website here: http://www.novell.com/products/clients/linux/overview.html

That might help?

I as well need this, im trying to switch my school to linux, but i can't talk my boss into doing it because he wants to stay novell...

the package on novells site wants to use rpms... i've tried to do that and it failed so i used alien... which also failed. I'll try to get the error message but it may be a while.

Has anyone managed to get ubuntu to connect to a novell network?
