upgrade from Xbuntu 7.04

I am trying to upgrade from Xbunti 7.04 but get the follo0owing ewrrors any help what i should be using bear in mind i am a novice, also cannot use a CD as no CD drive on this viglen box and no USB CD

Feisty has reached its end of life and the archives have changed that is why you are getting the 404 not found message.
