problem to turn on

Dear all
I have problems to star with ubuntu, when I turn on my computer, it show in screening: loading essential drivers and mounting root file system. Then it does not continue stoping totally.

If so, did you make any changes like installing or removing software just before the problem started?

I am working as guess, i do do not believe to revome any sofwere, I hope. I try to check what happen, and I see that the error is at /scripts/init -bottom
finally it shows: kernel panic -no syncing, I do not what this mean?.
