Howto edit Evolution address book settings?

Hi,
Evolution 2.24.2. and address books problem.
You can add Address books to your configuration by selecting
File -> New -> Address Book
My problem is that I cannot find where from I can edit the settings of allready existing address books...I just cannot find it from anywhere???
Simple but painful problem (This cannot be this hard or can it?)

Found from under Contacts button on lower-left-corner. Huh... :)

I can not find a way to edit the global settings of my address book. By default it's saving contacts and displaying them Lastname, Firstname. I want to sort my contacts Firstname Lastname. Only way I can find is by choosing this manually for each entry.

Come on, there has to be a way to change default behaviour?
