I was wondering if there was a Gnome port for Windows, I used it before on Linux and I really liked it. Is there any way to get this to work? Especially the default skin for Ubuntu, it's my favorite.

It looks as if others like at as well and want to be able to use it, but so far - I'm not sure, I never use windows, so have no need to find out.

that looks pretty neat but are you sure its stable? i heard cygwin is a trouble to set up, and it uses heavily depends on cygwin. i was wondering this because pidgin runs really well on windows and it was originally made for gnome! a set up like this would be really cool.

If youre only after the look then there is a nice skin posted on devianart witch makes XP look like its running Gnome (human theme - few colours).

Some gnome applications work on Windows, but nobody has bothered to do a full port.

No use in it anyway.
