They don't have to be just for Ubuntu, just while running Ubuntu. I got a very Windows-like error while coping some files the other day. Please include a screenshot if possible!:popcorn:

I just got the error:

"Nothing Happened"

In devede but I can't get it to happen again. :(

It wasn't an error, but I saw this message whne I installed FreeBSD yesterday:
Starting emergency holographic shell on VTY 4
It's the most awesome message I've ever received from a computer.

My favorite is the “Keyboard Error, Press F1 to continue.” BIOS error.

Oh, and the sudo insults:


sudo command

I don't have powernowd installed now but, if I remember correctly, if you try to run it from the terminal as user, it states something like "you are not root, go away!

I was messing with my hard drive when I was using my hard drive(I didn't know any better...), and it said something along the lines of "Your messing with a hard drive that your running off of, your an idiot"...

:(

(and this was through the the terminal)

EDIT: it used the word "Bonehead". I just remembered.
