Changing the Application Launcher Icon in KDE4

Hey all,

I'm using KDE4 and would like to change the icon of the KDE Menu, or Application Launcher Plasmoid. (from the K-gear icon)
In KDE 3, you could download KBFX and change the menu icon. I haven't come across any forums that have helped thus far.

Any leads or hints are appreciated.

Do plasmoids use icon images, or are they built into the widget somehow?
