I submitted a wiki page, but I'm not sure that I submitted to the appropiate category

it was titled "PalmOs bluetooth Internet connection HowTO" or something like that, I submitted it today

Has anybody submitted stuff to the wikis?

How long does the process takes?

Could somebody please tell me very easy and summarized steps to submit Wikis?

submitted wikis should be immediately available. You can usually find it by trying http://wiki.ubuntu.com/YourSubmissionTitle
