Evolution... can't send

I receive email quickly and problem-free on two accounts. One is a POP3 personal account and one is my Exchange account at work. But for whatever reason, I can't seem to get an email sent through Evolution on either account. This is not the case if I login through Microsoft webmail on exchange server or through my POP3 account in a web browser. I did manage to send an email on a couple rare occassions about 6 months back, but I couldn't understand what had changed in those instances, and at any rate... I hasn't worked since.

I know I'm not giving alot of details about how the accounts are configured. Maybe you could fire away with some key questions I should answer in this thread to begin determining if I've made a mistake in the setup.
