I am loading the DVD-r, but when i restart computer it doesn't recognize the DVD-R as a boot CD, it just goes to Log in Screen. Please some one help me, I am going crazy. I also attached a different DVD drive. Still same thing. I also Checked on my Laptop it boots just fine to install the 64 bit. Please some one help me.

Did you burn the dvd as an image file, or you extract the iso to a DVD? Does the DVD autostart on the desktop?

You can't upgrade a 32bit installation to 64bits, you have to do a clean installation.
