Hey all,
I wrote a tutorial that softly leads someone through the very very basics of programming. Its for a C-like open source scripting language called Squirrel which is used in MirthKit, the commercial game platform I founded.

I don't think its entirely useful for its content (because its MirthKit-specific), but I think I managed to teach all of the basics in a very non-scary anyone-can-understand language. Please feel welcome to convert the tutorial to another language if you have the desire!
