Hello !
I am very curious to know what factors you take into consideration, if you were to build a software service with an aim to make a profit (without necessarily going for closed software).

If someone can answer from an Indian perspective, I will be even more happy.

Do you register your enterprise as a corporate entity with your government ? Given that, the enterprise is an entity on Internet with no physical, tangible assets.
What would be the address of your enterprise - given that you can be anywhere to maintain your enterprise ?
What happens when the web server is in a country other than your's ? What would be the address of your enterprise then ?
If a website is in a country A owned by a person of nationality B, can a user from country C sue that enterprise ?
At what point should you consider having employees and offer them benefits as is required by a corporate entity in your Government ?
