Hey,

Inspired by this (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1030391) thread, I thought it would be a good idea to ask the same for my (our) program. At the moment it's called 'Bnewspost' and is under development.

The application makes it easy to post to Usenet. It splits the files (using the standard fileformat on Usenet, rar), creates recovery files and posts the files to Usenet. It will run on various platforms including Windows. It's written in Python and PyGTK.

A few conditions:

No g* or py* (from GTK and Python)
No ubu* or *ubu (it will not only run on Ubuntu)

Thank you!
