Where are all the gnome icons for games

I'm new in ubuntu and have fun installing all those games like bzflag, chromium etc.
I know how to create a launcer with


nautilus applications:///Games

but i wonder: where to find nice Icons ?
i only managed to find a icon for Ut2004 in /usr/local/bin
but i know i had beautiful icons in the original gnome menus. Where do i find the icons ?

It's not all the games which comes with an Icons. What I do, I'll find an icon (normally via google) and use that.
