View Full Version : [ubuntu] Install problem on Biostar TA690G mobo

The live install Ubuntu 8.10 (64bit) version does not completely boot (live). It hangs the computer with the progress bar about 85% completed. The motherboard is Biostar TA690g AM2 and the processor a 2x5200 AMD.
Any ideas?

I wish i knew the answer to that i don't but i can say i have tried the Ubuntu 64 and it wasn't any faster or really any better than the 32 bit . excuse me please for voicing my opinion
