Hi,

I'm using Ubuntu Intrepid with a wireless network connection and it works flawlessly. However, the Network manager always automatically selects one of my neighbour's connection instead of my own. This is annoying becuase the reception to that connection isn't very good, which causes the connection to go up and down and it also takes a long time connecting. The reception with my own access point is much better but the program still connects to my neighbour's if I don't manually switch network.

Does anyone know how I can specify which wireless network to connect with? Preferably without Network Manager because that simply isn't a very good program.
