Hi everybody

well, I have not been able to use internet with ubuntu, (I have an e220 HSDPA USB modem issue and still trying to figure it out how to use it with wvdial..blah blah blah :() anyway, I do need to update my ubuntu sytem and I do need to download some programs.

I know that I can use a CD to do that. My question is can you update the ubuntu kernel as well as have some programs like, python 3.0 and some other application software in the same CD? How can I do that? and is there any tutorial or thread that has already asked this? for your help mates

cheers.

Difficult but not impossible. If you were to get a friend or somewhere with broadband and make a DVD repo it might be possible.
